∎Directions for Use
Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants, and any protective coating.

Cut the nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun

Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun

Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength

PU814 is one component room temperature moisture curing modified polyether sealant, with excellent sealing performance and excellent cohesion, no corrosive to the substrate to adhere, no pollution to the environment, good adhesion to metal and other substrates. It possesses excellent adhesion and sealing to sheet iron, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood, and various plastic materials.
Typical Applications
● Mainly used for welding seam and sealing of automobile, railway passenger cars, ships, cold storage container, van body of the refitted vehicle, etc
● Waterproof, dustproof sealing of refrigerated container, construction, and pipe
● For vehicle sheet metal repairing, aluminum gusset, and bodywork sealing.
●The body of sheet metal, weld, box seal, roof, machinery, air-conditioning fan groove joints, and other parts of the bonding and sealing; most of the plastic parts (such as ABS, PVC) bonding and sealing.

∎Directions for Use
1. Adhesive substrate surface must be clean and dry, with no dust, oil, and water.
2. Ambient temperature and humidity on the polyurethane adhesive surface dry and curing a large impact, too low curing slow, high table is dry fast, the construction environment temperature 5 ~ 35 ℃, humidity 50 ~ 70% RH. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, it is recommended to place the product in the environment of 30 ~ 40 ℃ for 1 hour and then use it again (the heating time should not exceed 3H).
3. Tear the inner mark, the appropriate size of the nozzle to cut the size of the model, the plastic nozzle at the glue mouth, into the glue gun, sizing.
4. Point part of the scraper or hard foam can be used to carry out the modified level, part of the details of the modified place can be wiped with soapy water.
5. To be painted in advance to do the compatibility test, dry before the table can be painted, completely cured before exposure to baking temperature, or it will bubble.
